THE PROCESS
Each design is shaped slowly and thoughtfully by hand within the workshop.
Charlie begins the process by constructing each piece in wax, allowing the form and character of the design to emerge naturally before it is transformed into precious metal.
Using the traditional lost-wax casting method, the wax original is encased by investment plaster, burned out then replace by metal, capturing the intricate details.
Once cast, the piece returns to the bench where it is individually finished, refined, and brought to life by hand.
Some designs will be moulded and become part of the permanent collection, recreated again and again over time, while others remain singular creations — existing only once.
