RESIZING AND REPAIRS
Resizing
I offer resizing on both newly purchased rings and well worn pieces that no longer fit correctly due to finger size fluctuations.
Resizing is priced on a case by case basis, dependant on the size variation and the type of metal, but starts from £15.
I am happy to provide a quote for you if you get in touch with the ring design, metal type as well as the existing and new ring size needed.
I will resize rings free of charge, once, within the first 6 months of purchase.
Customers are responsible for shipping to and from the workshop.

Repairs
I want your piece to last a lifetime, which means it may need the occasional loving touch or repair.
If your piece needs some attention, please e-mail clear images and a description of what has happened to hello@charlieshires.com and I will get back to you with the next steps to have it sparkling again.
Repairs will vary in cost dependant on the amount of work required, but begin from £25.
Customers are responsible for the shipping to and from the workshop, including any import/export fees.
If the piece needs repair due to an error or fault, all repair and shipping costs will be covered by Charlie.
