BESPOKE

I am currently taking a little hiatus from bespoke

I am taking a little break from bespoke at the moment - with the exception of mourning jewellery.
I will be re-opening my bespoke books in June, date TBC, so please keep your eyes on my instagram account or sign up to my newsletter if you'd like to stay in the loop.

Please read before submitting

Overview

Every few months, I will open my bespoke books to take on a limited amount of pieces.
I am only able to take on a select few at any given time, this is to ensure you have the best possible experience when having your bespoke piece made.

For some pieces, I may not be the right jeweller to make what you have in mind, if this is the case I will do my best to point you in the direction of someone better suited for the needs of your request.

How it works

Every bespoke piece is unique, so the process isn’t completely fixed — but the outline below gives a clear idea of what to expect.

Design

To begin, please complete the bespoke form below. This helps me understand your ideas, expectations, and what you’re hoping to create.

Before filling out the form, it’s important to have a clear starting point in mind. This doesn’t need to be fully formed, but you should be able to describe what you’re looking for with some detail. Reference images, sketches, or inspiration are very welcome, as they help me better understand your vision.

From there, we’ll work together to refine the design and select a gemstone (if applicable). Please note that I’m unable to begin the design process without a clear brief, so vague or open-ended requests may not be suitable for bespoke work.

Deposit

Once the design direction is agreed, I’ll provide a quote. A 50% deposit is required before construction begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

Making

After the design is finalised, the gemstone chosen, and the deposit received, I’ll begin making your piece.

I work using the lost wax casting method. Before the piece is cast, you’ll receive a video of the wax model for approval. Once the wax is approved and sent for casting, I take the reins from there and communication will likely pause until the piece is complete.

You’re always welcome to reach out with questions, but please note that I’m unable to provide progress updates during this stage.

Completion

Once your piece is finished, I’ll contact you via email. At this point, I’m very happy to share photos or videos — or, if you’d prefer, we can leave it as a surprise for when it arrives.

Timeline

Bespoke timelines vary from piece to piece. Once I have a clear understanding of what you’d like made, I’ll be able to provide an estimated lead time. Please note that estimates are just that, and timelines may occasionally run over.

As a general guide, please allow a minimum of two months for a bespoke piece to be completed from start to finish.

Cost

Bespoke pricing varies depending on the design, materials, and overall complexity of the piece.

I am currently only taking on bespoke pieces in gold or platinum, with the exception of mourning pieces.
Bespoke commissions are priced higher than the one-of-a-kind and collection pieces available on my website, so please keep this in mind when enquiring.

I’m always happy to offer guidance and work within a budget where possible.

Terms

I can only take on a limited number of bespoke commissions at any one time, so please allow for the possibility of a waitlist when planning your piece.

My aim is for the bespoke process to be enjoyable and collaborative for us both. I therefore reserve the right to decline a bespoke request if I feel I’m not the right fit, or if I believe I wouldn’t be able to do the piece justice.

Bespoke pieces are made specifically for you and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Bespoke deposits are non-refundable once construction has commenced.

Once the design has been agreed and approved, changes may not be possible. If changes are requested after approval, additional costs and time may apply.

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to sourcing materials, casting, or other factors outside of my control.

By proceeding with a bespoke commission and paying a deposit, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the bespoke process, pricing structure, and terms outlined above.
